Terms & Conditions for Mae’s Makin’s

Effective Date: May 2026

By using this website or submitting an order request through Mae’s Makin’s, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

All products offered by Mae’s Makin’s are custom made. Pricing may vary depending on:

  • Design complexity

  • Size

  • Flavor selections

  • Decorations

  • Customizations

  • Order quantity

Submitting an order request form does not guarantee acceptance or confirmation of an order.

Orders are only confirmed after direct communication with Mae’s Makin’s regarding availability, pricing, and final details.

Ordering Timeline

Customers are encouraged to place orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance when possible.

Large or specialty orders, including wedding orders, may require additional notice.

Availability is limited and orders are accepted based on scheduling capacity.

Payment

Payment terms will be discussed and confirmed directly with the customer during the ordering process.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is expected at pickup.

Cancellations

Mae’s Makin’s understands that unexpected situations may occur.

Customers are encouraged to provide at least one week notice for cancellations whenever possible.

Custom orders that have already been started, purchased, or prepared may not be eligible for refunds.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup times are arranged directly with customers.

Current pickup hours are:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Friday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Delivery may be available for select large orders, including wedding cakes and special events.

Additional delivery fees may apply.

Product Availability

Mae’s Makin’s reserves the right to decline or modify orders based on:

  • Scheduling availability

  • Product limitations

  • Design feasibility

  • Ingredient availability

  • Safety concerns

Certain items may not be offered at all times.

Allergies & Food Safety

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Wheat

  • Soy

  • Peanuts

  • Tree nuts

Customers are responsible for informing Mae’s Makin’s of any allergy concerns before placing an order.

Mae’s Makin’s cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Limitation of Liability
